To analysise and monitor the relevancy and conversion rate of Bishop Fleming's website and social media traffic and to develop a Social Media Strategy including policies, consultancy, training, provision of software, and measurement.

Bishop Fleming engaged Organic Development to identify if and how they could use social media to the benefit of their business and once a business case had been established to implement a rollout of social media across the organisation.
In order to do this Organic Development had to spend a great deal of time identifying how and where social media might be best used to the advantage of the organisation. A presentation was put together and made to board making the business case for investment in Social Media.
