Brief:

Taste of the West, established in 1991, and is the regional food and drink trade organisation for the South West of England. As a membership led organisation Taste of the West works to develop the region’s exceptional regional food and drink industry. The Taste of the West old website was tired and Tase of the West had out grown it. They required greater functionality and a design re-fresh to promote their events and entice new members.

Solution:

Organic Development designed and built a new website for Taste of the West. The website allowed the client to constantly update any element of the website from their office. Using the Joomla platform the website architecture was instantly improved. The digital branding was refreshed and the functionality and naviagtion was modernised.

As a result the website is now kept up to date as the client can up date all events and news themselves. The easy to use content management system has decreased task time. The new design and calls to action create a clear customer journey for browsers and in terms of conversion in membership and the membership information this is displayed clearly and concisely to entice new members. Taste of the West were very happy with the web build, design and its potential to grow as a website with the company.
