What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Organic Development? Organic Development means growth through better communications & connectivity. It has been a pretty big part of my life for the past four years! What’s your favourite social networking site and why? Twitter: such a simple and powerful communication solution. It's the most elegant development in sales and marketing since Google Adwords. |

A mixture of Rocket Science and Egyptian Hieroglyphics. What book would you take to a desert island, and why? Bumper edition of Daily Telegraph Cryptic Crosswords to keep my brain ticking over until help arrived. |

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Organic Development? Hard work. If you could play a game of Pro Evo with a historical figure, who would it be and why? Bill Shankly, because he could help me sort out my failing fantasy football team at half time. |

What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Organic Development? Organic Development says to me - passionate people who care about the job they do. What’s the best way to relax after a hard day at ODHQ? I've just moved to a fab house right out in the heart of mid-Devon, so I unwind by taking my dogs out for a walk on the moors. |

They're a great bunch of people, and good fun to work with. If you could have any superpower, what would it be? The ability to be in two places at once.
