James is the brains behind Organic – we know that, he wears glasses. James is expert in developing great web strategy and making online work. He can tell your CPC from your CTA and your COS from your CTR. In other words, he knows his stuff. The great thing about James though, is he can explain it to you without the need for a TLA (sorry, three letter abbreviation). He makes accessibility accessible. James enjoys films, go-karting and wine (mainly wine).

Oli - Development Manager

Oli is the one who gets things done. He’s the go getting, dynamic, problem solver who manages to spin plates on a pole while peddling on a unicycle and juggling on the side. With a meticulous eye for detail and extensive knowledge of the industry, Oli is a technical expert who just isn’t satisfied until the job’s done, it’s done properly, and on time. Oli claims to enjoy recompiling PHP and setting up fully redundant Linux hosting solutions, but happily he also enjoys more normal things like the surfing and going to the pub.

Matt - Project Manager

As Project Manager, Matt should be the sensible one that helps make clients’ dreams come true. And of course, he does do that.  He listens hard to what you need and makes sure Organic deliver, which definitely seems sensible. However, Matt has a dark side that is anything but. When not studiously considering his clients’ business goals, he is actually a snow boarding, bungee jumping adrenaline junkie.
